Sparkling Differences:

The finale of our November virtual tasting series filmed on 26^th November 2020.

This week we focussed on our traditional method sparkling wines and tasted two very differences styles of fizz; our crowd pleasing Cotswold Classic made from Seyval Blanc & Pinot Blanc, and our Champagne style Reserve Cuvée made from the traditional Champagne varieties.
