Gift vouchers are redeemable against any of our products; purchases of wine, tours, tastings and other events, and a stay in our guest rooms. Choose the amount you’d like to spend; all amounts can be redeemed against part of a purchase, or if not fully redeemed then the balance can be used on subsequent purchases.

Please note that this is an e-voucher. An email with the message below will be sent to the recipient’s email once payment has been confirmed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to be processed. If you would prefer a hard copy voucher to be posted to you, then please look at our Gifts page where we offer gift vouchers for the following:

Delivery

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on a next day delivery service, but please allow 2-3 working days, but can be up to five working days in busy periods.

Please provide an email address and a mobile phone number for order tracking and delivery puproses. For deliveries sent by our courier (ParcelForce), an email and text message will be sent to you to let you know when your delivery will arrive. If a landline number is provided, this will not be used – you will just receive an email notification instead. For local deliveries, we will use your number only to call you if lost.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If the delivery address is within GL5, GL6, GL8, GL10 or GL11 then delivery is free for orders of £75 or more. This will automatically apply at the check-out. For other orders, a charge of £9.99 will apply.

MAINLAND UK: Delivery is free for all orders over £150 to Mainland UK. For orders under this a charge of £9.99 will apply.

Additional charges will apply for orders to Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands, please contact us for details. Unfortunately we currently cannot ship overseas.
