I’d like to book a vineyard tour and tasting, how can I do this?
Please choose your experience here, check availability using our calendar and follow the instructions to book.
I just want to pop in and buy some wine - where can I do this?
You'll want to visit our Cellar Door! It's located on the Bath Road, just down the hill from the vineyard (GL5 5EY). We are open 10am - 6pm Monday - Saturday all year round. During March - December we are also open 10am - 5pm on Sundays (except Easter)
I have a gift voucher, how do I book my tour?
If you have a gift voucher bought directly from us, please follow the booking instructions and you should be able to input your voucher code at the check out.
If your voucher is from one of our partners (eg: Virgin experience Days), then please contact us on info@woodchestervalleyvineyard.co.uk with your preferred date and time (please check availability), your voucher number and your PIN.
I need to change or cancel my booking.
If you need to change/cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up until 48 hours before the tour. If you need to change or cancel your booking within 48 hours, please get in touch directly and we will see what we can do.
How do I get to you?
Once we have received your reservation and payment has been processed, you will receive an email with detailed directions on how to find us. If you do not receive this, please check your spam inbox, or contact us if you haven’t received it.
Please note that our vineyard tasting room and our Cellar Door shops are in different locations. Please check your confirmation email for directions.
Is there a taxi firm I can contact to book a ride back?
If you would like to book a taxi to/from the vineyard, please do so in advance as it can be difficult to find available taxis on the day. We suggest using one of the following firms:

I want to purchase a tour voucher
If you would like to purchase a voucher for any of our tours or events we have two options:
E-vouchers can be found here. These will be emailed instantly to you and can be selected for any number of people on any of our regular tours & events, or for an amount of your choice to put towards any tour or event at the vineyard.
Hard copy vouchers can be found here. These will be posted out by Royal Mail first class post within 1 business day of receiving your order. Hard copy vouchers are available for our classic, premium and grazing lunch tours for two people.
You can also find hard copy vouchers for a stay in our vineyard barns which include a classic or premium tour for two people.
I’d like to bring my dog; can I do this?
Please note that with the exception of our vineyard dog walk, dogs are not permitted to join you at any of our other tours or events.
Are children allowed on the tours?
Please note that our tours are for over 18s only.
I'd like to make a private booking or a booking for a larger group.
For groups larger than 6, and up to 35, we offer private bookings, outside of our public tour schedule. Please email tours@woodchestervalleyvineyard.co.uk.
We can also host corporate tastings and events in our tasting room, please email tours@woodchestervalleyvineyard.co.uk for a quote.
When do your tours take place?
Our vineyard tours take place all year round with a variety of experiences to choose from. During the summer months we have tours running 7 days per week. We have a slightly reduced schedule running from November - March.
Do you have a restaurant or café on site?
We do not have a restaurant or café on site. Some of our tour experiences include food with them so please look at our tours page if you are interested in these.
For those who would like a meal before or after their tour, we have a variety of wonderful restaurants and cafes within a few minutes drive of the vineyard - please take a look at our Cotswold Guide for some suggestions.
