Luxury vineyard suites for Cotswolds wine weekends & midweek escapes

Our three Vineyard Barn suites sit amongst the vines at our Woodchester site in the South Cotswolds AONB, each sleeping two adults. With incredible views across the vineyard and Stroud valleys, they’re designed for slow mornings, sunset wines on the terrace and relaxed Cotswolds breaks.

Each suite offers a generous bedroom and separate living area, with private terraces so you can follow the sun - or simply soak up the stillness of the valley with a glass of award-winning Woodchester Valley wine.

Space to unwind

The barn suites are designed for adults seeking a restful vineyard retreat, and include light facilities rather than full self-catering:

  • Light-filled living room with gas log burner, underfloor heating and comfy seating – perfect after a vineyard tour or day exploring the Cotswolds.
  • Large TV in the sitting area for cosy evenings in.
  • Simple kitchenette corner with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini-fridge, ideal for preparing light breakfasts, snacks and nibbles.
  • Separate cloakroom just off the living area for added convenience.

From the living room, doors open onto a private terrace overlooking either the vines or the Stroud valleys, giving you a front-row seat to sunrise, sunset and starry skies.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Each suite has been designed with comfort front of mind:

  • King or Super-king bed with luxury linens
  • Dressing table and TV in the bedroom
  • Spacious ensuite with large walk-in shower and separate bath
  • Underfloor heating in the living space for year-round comfort

Room configuration:

  • Inchbrook: Super-king bed, dual-aspect bedroom and living room
  • Amberley: Super-king bed (twin option available on request)
  • Doverow: King-sized bed

Hampers & local food

Breakfast and cheese & charcuterie hampers can be pre-ordered for your stay. Each one showcases fresh produce from local Cotswolds suppliers wherever possible - a relaxed way to enjoy a vineyard breakfast or evening platter without leaving your room.

You’ll also find a curated guide to local restaurants, pubs and cafés in your guest guide, all within easy reach in Nailsworth, Stroud and the surrounding villages.

AVAILABILITY AND MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS

Rates & lengths of stay

Midweek stays are flexible, with no minimum night requirement. Over weekends, there is a minimum two-night stay, with check-in on a Friday. If you would like to extend your stay to include Sunday night, this is available at a reduced rate of £100.

Please note that our Inchbrook room has a £20 additional charge per night.

THINGS TO NOTE

Please note, children or pets are not able to stay in our vineyard barns. Please look at our dog friendly 2 bedroom farmhouse - The Retreat, or our family and dog friendly Woodchester Valley House.

Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is at 10am. Late check-out may be available on Sundays until 1:30pm for a £20 charge – please enquire when booking. 

We have three rooms, all of which are very similar with a few noted exceptions below:

  • Doverow: King-sized bed

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled more than 5 days before check-in. If cancelled less than 5 days before check in you will charged 100% of the first night and 50% of any remaining nights.
